Q: How much is a vehicle rental?

A: Our vehicles are quoted by the trip.  You will receive pricing based on the needs of your trip.  Discounts are given for rentals over 6 hours.  Ask us about seasonal promo codes as well!

Q: Is there a minimum rental period? 

A: Yes, we require a minimum (2) hour rental on all Sprinters, (4) hour rental on Mini Buses and (1) hour on the SUV’s and Sedans.

Q: How much do I tip the driver?

A: Our drivers are professional chauffeurs who serve as your personal concierge during the rental period.  We offer much more service than just a hired driver. While tipping is ultimately your decision, excellent service normally is tipped at 20-25% of the total billing.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Some trips do require a 25% deposit to confirm the reservation.  The remaining invoice amount is due 24 hours prior to the time of service. We utilize electronic invoices so you can pay with any credit card or  Venmo right from your phone.  Cash is also accepted.

Q: Can I bring alcohol on board?

A: Yes, you can bring any  beverages/food on board. The  primary client is responsible to assure all those consuming alcohol are 21 years of age or older.

Q: Are there any other charges?

A: No, there are no additional fees or charges other than the contracted rate. This includes unlimited stops and mileage for most hourly local trips.  Trips outside our local servicing area typically will have a fuel surcharge.  If there is significant interior clean up or damage, fees may be incurred.

Cleaning Fees:

$350 - Large food or drink spills.

$500 - Organic/bodily fluids.


 Damage Fees:

Estimated damage will be documented and charged to the primary rental client.
